Rhubarb Shake

Ingredients
1 c. rhubarb compote (recipe here)
1 c. plain Greek yogurt
1 c. almond milk
1 c. ice cubes
1 Tbsp. chopped pistachios

Instructions
Combine the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Divide between two glasses and top with pistachios.
