Bell Peppers
Green, yellow, orange, and red bell peppers are actually all the same plant, just at different stages of ripeness. They have subtly different tastes because of this, but all have similar mild, sweet flavors. Bells peppers are packed with antioxidants, carotene, and vitamin C. Their bright taste and beautiful colors make them a lively addition to many dishes. They are wonderful stuffed and roasted, served raw with a veggie dip, in soups and stir fries, on pizza, sandwiches, fajitas, and more!
